Tips from the Pros: Recruiting

recruit

Always work on your skills and posture. Always be willing to learn and implement your knowledge through consistent daily productivity (your DMO – Daily Method of Operations). Be in a hurry. Compliment the person you are talking to and care enough to really listen to what they have to say. Find out what they want and offer the solution by telling your story and stories of other successful people. Be genuine, be proud of the bHIP company, proud of yourself (after all you are a pioneer and ambassador of this wonderful profession), talk to as many people as possible – daily. Always have a smile on your face, work with a positive vibration and have a strong work ethic. Believe in people more then they believe in themselves. Show them their potential and enlighten them with a clear vision of the future. Stay focused, never give up, always use the third party, be sure to use all available tools and of course, do a 90 day game plan with ALL OUT MASSIVE ACTION.

You shouldn’t WORK your bHIP business, you should LIVE your bHIP business.
